Translated into ordinary terms, the above quotation means that the four major systems of Medicine - Allopathy, Naturopathy, Ayurveda & Homeopathy - are partial truths and if integrated, they can be a formidable system. Did He not integrate the four systems of Yoga - Jnana, Bhakthi, Karma & Raja  ?
