Speculating
This is the 'wait and watch' approach to real estate investing, this requires a
little more financial backing as you might end up owning homes for years before
you decide to sell them. However the advantage of speculating is that if you
isolate the right property, you might end up making a hell of a lot more money
in the long run. With loans becoming faster and easier, the number of
speculators in the market has increased considerably.
